Question though....Do I leave the rear O2 sensors plugged in and zip tied up and away, or can I unclip them and not use them at all?

Damnit Ken, you had post pictures. Makes me want it even more.
Looks awesome.
Now, lets hear it

Not sure about the sensors. I think you can tune out those sensors. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Ok the different angles of the extensions pipes going under that funky rear crossmember are messing with me, i think id want them in same direction, gives more ds clearance..... No 4l80 clearance issues??? Kit looks good though.....

MrHorsepowerLSx: We should have enough for 2-3 months of sales.

GM_Devil: Everything is coming in January.

Ken in AZ: The O2 sensor is suppose to go in the front bung, however our last batch of 99-06 1 7/8" headers had the O2 bung pushed to far back. The rear bung is normally used for wideband tuning. We discussed it in detail in the sponsor forum. Our new batch should have this issue resolved.

Wolftrk99: The connection pipes were designed to follow the same path as the drivers side connection pipe. Basically they both S around the crossmember together. He just accidentally put one underneath. If you look at the video you can barely see what it looks like. Those will only be on the 99-06 extra cab, and crew cab. I just threw them on my truck since I didn't have the straight pipes on hand.

Thanks
Sean

I should still be OK running the O2 sensor there right? I'm guessing that it won't heat up as quickly being there....but that should only effect cold starts.

And yes, I ran the connection pipes funky to gain some ground clearance....they should be run parallel for aesthetics.

I'll be ordering a set of the long tube headers for my new 2001 5.3 Silverado. Right now, are they only made in 1 3/4", or do you also have 1 7/8"? I may end up going with your dual exhaust setup too if I can't make the existing exhaust setup work.
