I posted a few threads trying to figure out why my truck pings and knocks under load and would throw a p 0101 code and finally figured out what the problem was. My cats were plugged with only 70k on the clock the truck was running so bad under load but when driving normal it felt normal

this thread is just so people know if your truck runs fine but when you get into it it pops and rattles and slows down check your cats

P.S. if your questioning to keep or remove your cats all i can say is with my dual 2.5" super 40s this thing sounds like a stock car now without the cats so loose em if your not smog checked lol

 

I lost mine not too long ago.. With a 6" Round 14" body Magnaflow, mine sounds sweet..
So yea im with ya,,,, Loose'em If Ya Got'em.

 

Thank the lord here in Florida we dont have emissions anymore.

 

Im loosing them because I am not paying for magnaflow highflows again when they only lasted a year!

 

Man, that's a bummer...those things are expensive!
