RTV on a FAST intake?
Anybody have any luck using RTV sealant on a FAST intake?

I did, just on the spot they said on the back end. Also used some blue o2 sensor safe rtv around the seals to get a better seal. been working.

FAST actually recommends using RTV on their intake ports to seal them???
IMHO, that's a horse **** answer to a manufacturing problem.

i sealed the upper half for nitrous use, but the OEM gaskets on the bottom side sealed to the heads just fine.
