Default RADIX trouble ... pulling timing, can't find where

OK ... I posted this before but under burst knock. I've rulled it out. I need some help with this. Here is a snippet of a log file where it's doing it.

Code:
TP %	RPM	lb/min	MAF Hz	ADV	KR	IAT °C	ECT °C	CYLAIR g/cyl
47.8	2950	20.55	8512	17	0	34	81	0.79
47.8	2945	20.55	8502	17	0	34	81	0.79
47.8	2962	21.03	8543	17	0	34	81	0.81
51.4	2953	23.73	8807	13	0	35	81	0.91
57.6	2782	23.08	8841	2	0	35	81	0.94
57.3	2893	23.36	8892	6.5	1.3	35	81	0.92
57.3	2966	24.43	8979	7	1.2	35	81	0.93
57.3	2923	23.57	8974	5.5	1.1	35	81	0.91
57.3	2918	23.78	8911	6	1.1	35	81	0.92
57.3	2952	24.43	8958	8	1.1	35	81	0.94
When I'm accelerating at part throttle, it feels like it's trying to gettie up and go, but somethings holding it back. It almost feels like it's choking out, but this log says it's timing getting pulled. I can't for the life of me fine where it's getting pulled from.

If you want some different pids listed inthis same snippet .. let me know, I probably have them logged too.

Did you get the Superchips programmer with yours? Or, did you tune with edit from the beginning?

This is the kit off of my old 2002 truck actually. I copied lots of tables over from the SuperChips program into my 2003 file. I mnually copied them since I couldn't get both files open at the same time in EDIT.

So ... to answer your question, I have the SuperChips tune as a base tune and have modified it a little to try and get drivability and idle quality back from the cam.

I think I am going to try the original file I started with and see how it does, if it has the same problem as this file does.

I have a superchips file from my '03 6.0, if you would like to use it for anything. Don't know that it would help. Let me know if you want it.

Good idea. I was going to advise you to go back to the beginning and start over.

What is the engine temp when it does this? Cold start up?? Does it do it all of the time???

Most of the time, it's more prevelant when it's warm. It runs at 175-180*F or 78-81*C.

BenKey .. will you send me the file to nmcdaniel@bettie.homeip.net

Thanks

Of course there isn't much data to go from, but compare the differences between the 17* lines and the next few. What are the differences? TPS goes over 50%, cyl air goes over .90, IAT goes to 35, ... Look for similar instances on other logs and see if you can narrow down a trigger for your low timing.

I have a similar problem with a 03 Silverado SS. Anytime I get into boost below 3000 rpm the timing drops out with no knock sensor info. Mine seems to be when the mass meter goes at or above 1.2 under 3000 rpm it sends the timing to between -4 and zero.
I am taking the truck to a friend saturday afternoon to try and figure out the problem as I do not speak computer.
It sucks your having problems, but i'm happy i'm not the only one!
