Well ... I'm glad to know I'm not the only one ... 427, do you have a flash of your pcm by any chance or is it a stock RADIX tune? Your driving an SS aren't you? You just gave me an idea about it ... there is a table, something about spark retard limit or something. My stock RADIX file from the 02 had -3, mine has 0 all the way across.
BigTex .. would you mind if I sent you a couple of EFILive files? Do you have EFI v6?

Just in case anyone wants to know .... it's not easy trying to back a trailer into tight spots with a surging idle and then it starts hunting and you have to try and keep it alive by patting the gas.
The 'stock' version does it too, although I would say my idle is a little better with the stock files in there. Only difference from original was the hole in the TB blade and a clean filter as oppose to a dirty *** filter.

Flyer, I am working with a 2003 SS Silverado. It has a 67mm turbo on it. The current attempts have been with ls1 edit.
Of the people having problems, could you tell me if your pcm has a blue and red connector or a blue and green? Mine is blue and green.
I hope we can get this fixed soon, I want to get a hard launch!

I know it has a blue one ...
I haven't looked at the other one yet. I will check it out next time I flash it. I prolly won't get to it until Sunday or Monday.
Why are you concerned with the color of the other one? What difference is it between the red and green connectors?
427, I think there is a table in the Engine Diag box that has a air limit by ETC, or something to that nature. It has 1.2 g/cyl in there a lot. The way I took it when I saw it was it's where the PCM says it will only let so much air into the engine at a given rpm. You might check into that one. That BTW didn't fix my problem.
