The amount of Air your moving via MAF readings 350>>>>Seems low. And on one log your only moving 250 at like 4500 RPM's I've seen NA readings higher.

I don't think 140 IAT's are to bad mine go above 160 in warm weather after a WOT run.

Things to check

1. Intake Tract for Restrictions (Filter ect)
2. Belt Slippage
3. Could your Cats be partially plugged?
4. What are you getting on TPS 98% or better?

Not much to break with the SC

Good Luck
I am getting 7 lbs of boost, so the belt isn't slipping, I see no signs of it either.

What do you mean what am I getting on TPS 98 or higher? What reading are you looking for? At 98% throttle I am getting???

I think he was wanting to make sure the PCM is seeing full throttle. Your TPS sensor should be showing 99.6 or 100 on a scan tool.

Where did you get that heat exchanger from? How much and how well does it fit?

oh, its showing 100%.

I have a friend at an autoparts store, he ordered me an aluminum drag race radiator for me.

I got it for 220, but it requires some work. You have to trim the bumer (at least on an 02 gmc) to get it to slide in between the transcooler and the bumper. you also have to torch out a notch in a cross brace to allow the transcooler lines to be pushed back.

I rigged it in there to see if it would work, since it does I have removed it in order to remove the 1.5" necks and weld in a couple of AN fittings. I am just going to use the adaptors that come with the stock heat exchanger and tig those to the radiator and close off the 1.5s. I am also going to weld on some brackets so that I can mount it nicely and have it look good. All together I plan on having about 250 in the mod. And its a HUGE heat exchanger, the radiator itself holds about 2.5 -3 gallons of coolant plus the intercooler and lines and I left the resevoir also. Ill post pics after it doesn't look like a monkey put it in.

Yes, please do post pics of it. I am VERY interested in seeing it. I am at a point where I need to address my rising IAT's. I think getting those down will help me a lot. They aren't anything near what yours are, but with some added boost, they probably will be.

Have you put a bost gauge on this yet to see if you are getting more than you should. That would explain some KR and the heat. It would also tell me your exhaust is stopped up somewhere.

Flyer, why don't you give this guy a call and see what he can do. He hooked up one of his kits to an older truck with a Whipple so I don't see why you'rs would be much different.

AlkyControl

The Buick guys love this setup. I ordered mine yesterday for my turbo setup.

Here is a link to the Gn site if you wanna read more about the benifits.

Look in the Alcohol forum.

Default Autotap files with a RADIX

Here is a link to a post i made a couple of days ago. These are autotap files, their are 3 of them. These may be some help to you. the first run IAT's were a little high due to excesive idle time setting up the functions on autotap. Files are in Excel format for easy reading.

What are you dynoing it?

Your IAT is much lower than mine are, but your timing is lower as well, which is kinda odd. Magnacharger was saying I should see close to 17 degrees of timing, and you are averaging about 10 at full throttle...
