1. Vac line must be connected to the FPR or FP will not increase with boost.

2. Looks like you have a Racetronix modified pump. The nipple is to connect a line that drives the car-style venturi pump. You can block it off if there is still a pressure relief port on the top of the pump. Otherwise get another unmodified pump.
