Racetronixs 255 and Hotwire Crap !
#1
I have a 255 and Hotwire Kit installed on my truck... Before I installed this my truck made 48psi at idle... 02 Chevy 1500 with a Factory 5.3 NON Flex fuel .. I installed the pump and hotwire kit and didnt pick up much.. changed the regulator and checked the bucket 5 times .. I had a whipple with 10 wide open injectors.. so i blamed that.. called it done ..... NOW I have 60lb injectors I removed the line from the Reg and new tune.. Truck now makes 56psi at idle with little over half a tank of fuel... Top of first.. fuel pressure drops... it holds till top of 2nd then falls off HARD down to 20-25psi !! ... of course truck goes instant Lean .. WTF is the problem !!!!! I am Sick of this crap.. I checked the fuse and relay for the hotwire kit.. everything looks good...
so before i refuse to take the blame for this Crap.. its NEVER done right since day one ..

if your having fuel issues, you could have a restriction in your line, or not enough line to feed the motor
