You already have an 03 6.0 PCM. Same as the 4.8, 5.3. Either of your PCMs will work. They will just have to be tuned(programmed) for the 6.0.

Yes I have an 03 pcm but it is a 4.8 pcm. The only reason I got the pcm with the 6.0 is because I thought the timing and fuel tables might be different, with me putting this cam in that the 6.0 tune would be better suited for now untill I can get a tune done. So your saying that there isn't a difference between the 4.8 an 6.0 tune.. THanks JOHN

I meant that either PCM will work once tuned as long as the connectors are the same. Same PCM(hardware) for the 4.8, 5.3, 6.0, just different tunes(software). The PCM that came with the 6.0 will have the closest tune as is, other than your injector flow rate table(due to the returnless fuel system). Other tables will have to be changed though to get the most out of the cam.
