I've read the ACES IV octane booster is the best. I've used Bootane and was happy with the results for testing false knock. The ACES IV is expensive $79 a quart but treats 192 gallons of fuel, and the gallon size is $269.

Is that orange discoloration from corrision?

No it's from the MMT additive in most octane boosters...
that turn the plugs the same color of the greatest president of all time's hair color
