Would that be better to run true duals for horsepower. Would I need to do some modifying when I put the headers on?

If you go true duals, I would stick to 2.5. Or use the y-pipe, and go with a single 3". Dont forget the "X" pipe if you run duals.

I am going to order those headers in two weeks. Are they chrome or painted? I prolly won't install them until I have money to run the dual exhaust. I'm thinking about getting the 30 series flowmasters. I want it to sound good and mean but still not annoying sound in the cab.

Anyone know how big of a hammer it takes to install the Pacesetters in a 4x4?

With true duals run 2.5" pipe. IMO the original 40 series 2 chambers, not the delta flow, have the best sound. I would also run an x pipe and dump the exhaust over the axle. (It helps tone down the interior noise at cruise speed).

yeah the 40 series do sound good. I have the delta flow 40 series right now and like how it sounds. I will prolly get the original one's instead.

Yea, what's the word on the 4x4 lt's? Been holding off waiting for PaceSetter and QTP to show something....but it's kinda that modding time of year. Seems StailessWorks is taking orders (if you don't mind being on an inter-gallactic waiting list), but you should have a nice, bolt-in product from them in about a month
