Default outflowing current exhaust?

It seems since the cam swap in my truck that the ol' flowcrapper isnt keeping up, the note of the exhaust has changed considerably under throttle and it feels like it's being held back. My current setup is Pace's ORY running the stock tail pipe with the stock muffler swapped out for a SI/SO Flowmaster Super 44. You think my setup would be enough to outflow that muffler?
Would it benefit me to change to a dual setup or just swap muffler's to something else?

a stock engine will outflow a flowmaster (Flowbastard)...they are horrible

I run a dynomax welded race muffler and love it with my little stuff I have done. Sounds great too,

I personally think the stock catback is a POS. I get a very noticeable increase in power when I open my cutout....and yes, I have a magnaflow muffler welded in place of stock.

A single 2.75" pipe is good to support well over what most people have even on this site. My guess is that it's in your head. If my memory serves me correctly Quik ran flowmasters on his 408 setup.

just put a cut out before the muffler.. you will notice a difference.. a cutout is like 40 bucks at your local race shop... or from jegs... blah.. blah....
