well Ive been in contact with Eric from comp and he suggested that they have a 218/218 .563/.563 that I could get as a custom grind on a 110 or 112 so I might go with that.

you have more displacement though. That is a pretty small cam for a 383.

and I emailed the techs at Crane Cams and they are just stupid because they said a cam with that small of an LSA wouldnt work with my computer. They need to research obviously who they are selling to and what people are doing with cams in Gen III engines before they open their mouths.

They're probably referring to the overlap created by the tight lsa and possible misfire codes, and not considering the tuning that will obviously be performed to optimize the cam...75% of the people that you talk to on help lines for large companies are idiots.

Oh yea, I recently heard that Crane was bought by some even larger corporation, and their quality is probably gonna go to
