next step for more power

yep.taking all i can get, researching some low boost turbo setups now maybe be an option. i would have no plans of ever boosting it very high. something in the 7-8 range should be a major upgrade

Looks like im gonna stay N/A. Thinking adding both some 243s milled .30 and 7.35 pushrods and the tsp220. Does all this sound right? Anyone with this same setup have some dyno numbers?

I would mill more off the heads to gain more compression
Should make in the neighborhood of 340 like most of the 220 setups depending on the dyno

stock head gaskets will do just fine
the added compression will help lowend torque
i would go 40 for a lil bump in compression
Milling 30 off will only get you back to stock compression because of the big combustion chamber of the 243s
706 has a 61cc chamber ...243 has a 64 cc chamber ....

ok got a few parts together,
8.1 injectors
pac 1218 springs
243 heads. any downside to milling .040 on a daily driver? will i notice drive ability differences as opposed to .035
arp head bolts
and looking to pick up a tsp220
with this setup i still have a few questions. what thickness headgasket should i use and what length push rods? 7.375 or 7.350
