I'm having a hard time understanding too but I will try to help. You are wasting money on the Hypertech, the headers (if they are the shorties which I'm pretty sure that is all Gibson makes, get longtubes), roller rockers (not going to gain much at all for the price since stock is 1.70), Jet MAF, and 160 thermostat. I guess I am saying that for that list of mods, you are going about it wrong. Do a custom tune (mail order or dyno tune), e-fans, longtube headers, 3000-3200 torque converter, and you could also do a bigger cam and maintain driveability. Or you could always swap in a 6.0. Use the search on this site to study before you start buying stuff. Hopefully you can return or you haven't bought most of this stuff, otherwise you are going to be disappointed and your bank will be alot lighter...

What are the complete specs of the cam that you are refering too? What thiems said is true. A 275 adv. duration With 500 lift??? If so that sounds like a SBC cam not a LS series cam.

Just me but, I think a 220/220 cam in a 4.8 that tows a 24' trailer is too big. I'd think a 210/218 .550 lift on a 112lsa would be better.
Get a custom tune, the cam, and a shift kit installed in the transmission.
Whats your budget and over all goal?

AND.....
Lose the Hypertech
Stock converter is fine for now
Research the cam heavily before you have one installed
You're gonna need springs/retainers/pushrods to go with the cam
Roller rockers are not worth the $. Many have bought them and returned to stock
160* won't hurt but not really required
New timing chain and gears? Why?
New oil pump, good idea
80mm tb...might as well go 90mm

I'm not trying to tear apart your plan but I think you're spending $ on things a mechanic told you to buy....because he sells it. Search this site, you'll find more info that you can absorb in a year.
