no just had to move for install then put it back.

as far as performance parts voiding warranty. it is really up to your dealership and how cool they are. the only part i have seen my shop turn down was a supercharger. the guy first blew his transmission we warrantied it and a leaking powersteering pump. then he came back in with loss of compression in 2 or 3 cylinders and we told him to hit the road. so it just all depends.

ok i just got my truck with the full system complete. its actually more quiet than i thought. the muffler is just welded into place with no turndowns or tailpipes. the sound in the cab is nice. i just cant believe how quiet it is. anyway i can feel a little power increase about 3k and up.

now onto CAI and gears

what size pipe are you using? also, did you keep the cats or had them deleted/o2 sims?
