Default New dyno #'s with headers and exhaust

I took the truck to the Dyno this morning to see what I gained with the headers and exhaust. I have lost a lb of boost since installing them.

It put down 376 hp and 430 lb of tq. That is a gain of 10 rwhp and 32 rwtq.

I thought I would get more hp out of it, but that will be fixed tomorrow!

I talked to Allan at Nelson performance this afternoon and I will be seeing him tomorrow afternoon for a street tune and a new pully.

Should be alot of fun on the trip home!

way to go!
the whole FI thing is intrigueging(sp?) to me

especially the losing 1psi and still making more power

I guess that hot air left in the chamber was hurting more than it was helping

did you raise the timing any?

Lost a lb of boost? That's pretty good! That means your flowing pretty good. Nothing like taking less boost to make more power. That's when you know somethings efficient.

Get that tune and pulley and get back to the dyno. Very interested in the outcome I am. Damn , that funny little green guy has me talking like him.

Well the pully ( 3.0 ) and tune are in and it feels great. The truck has alot more power across the board. I am going to try to get it to the dyno tomorrow to see what it actually gained. I should be well over the 400 rwhp mark!
