jus1: all of mine are 5 pin relays...

take that blue PCM wire you hooked up from the harness to the pcm.. cut a spot so you can see the wire.. get another piece of wire and wrap around that. Then ground that peice to the battery. The fans should come on low speed then. I just ran a low speed manual switch for fun that way. Allen told me to do that anyway to make sure my low speed fan setting worked.

hope that helps some... oh and the fans arent gonna come on untill you hit 210 or more i think? I havent seen mine come on yet at 210, but i havent gotten that hot cause its 18 degrees here now

The relay harness's I use have a place for the 5 pin relays, but you only use 4 pins on two of the relays, and all 5 on just one relay. Hope this clears this up for you .

Well after a few days of not getting in touch with Allen and waiting on him to call me back, I finally got to talk to him. He said that I wired them wrong and that I should wire them the way his harness is designed and not the way Flexalite instructions state. Flexalite says to put them in series with each other. After I rewired them only one fan would work with the AC ON ONLY. I went and borrowed my multimeter from my brother and tested the relays and found one of them bad. I drove around town with the heat blasting and the window down to find 5 prongs in 30 amp only and 4 prong in 40 amp. I tried the 4 prong 40 amps and nothing happened. I had to wait on Allen to return my call as soon as he returns, first thing(thats what the other guy always says to me). After about 4 hours I call, get thru, and talk to Allen(who never called me back). I was able to convince him it was the harness and he said he would Overnite a new one along with a couple of relays.

My first harness didn't come with relays either.

I'll keep you posted. Luckly I work at night when its cold outside and I dont have to drive far nor deal with traffic. I am going to install it tomorrow along with my new cam, spring, rods and rockers.
