once you remove the plug, look where the wires go into the plug. the #'s are labeled on the plug

Make sure you get that pin pushed allllll the way in. I thought I heard it click, but I really didn't. I had to unfold a tiny paperclip and is it to jam the pin all the way into the socket. 2+ hours of troubleshooting later, I still didn't have a working set of fans. Then I took apart the PCM parness again and realized the pin wasn't all the way in.

You take the blue and the black to one fan motor and connect them to the black and red wires of the harness that are taped together. Then do the same for the other two. Blue is your hot on the fan motor and black is your ground. So, Blue to red and black to black...Hope this helps....

Yes the fans will come on withuot the tune. When the A/C cycles on and off your fans will also cycle on and off.
