Well, did another test today in hotter weather. It was ~95° out.
Ambient - 95°
IAT @ idle - N/A Never had a good reading unless I was in traffic.
IAT @ cruise - 102°
IAT @ WOT - 102° dropping to 98° by mid way into second gear.
On a side note IAT's got up to 149° while sitting in stop and go traffic.
It seems the UPD will keep IAT's within ~3°-5° of ambient temperature at WOT.
