no dyno just a base tune. he wants me to put about 500 miles on it before he will dyno it. the first tune it had a vacuum leak i had to fix. then when i fixed it it ran so rich i couldnt drive it. idle is still a little high but i just need to swap from a tr6 plug to a tr55. i think i fouled the tr6's when it was running rich as hell.

i fixed the fast. i can get an idle vid up but shes not running right. its something to do with plug gap. GM called for .060 from the factory, tuner said .050 but it runs like a bag of smashed ******** and the best i have gotten it to drive was .035. any suggestions?

yeah when it was at .035 and tr6 plugs i had a misfire at 3500. with the tr55 and .050 it only idles. refuses to do anything else but misfire and die.

the way i understand plug gap is the bigger the gap the more voltage you need. so i have determined 2 things. i have weak coils or the gap is to large and the 11.5:1 compressions is playing hell with timing. now keep in mind when i pulled the plugs they were brown so the cylinders were happy at .035 but still that misfire. i think i should go back to .035 and my issue may be fuel map related.
