Talking Mobile??

I have a 1990 chevy 1500 with a 5.7 edlebrock built motor it has mpfi. I was thinking of using Mobile 1 Synthetic but I do not know wether to get 0w20 or 0w30 what would be the difference?? I am in Florida so cold weather is not a problem

I would use a 10W-30 if it were mine.

All mobil 1 is synthetic, the regular mobil line isn't. Although mobil 1 isn't technically a full synthetic, there are a few that are, but i have heard Mobil 1 isn't a true full synthetic, but i won't run anything else in my vehicles except mobil 1.

If you want a full synthetic oil, use Redline or Amsoil. Those are both full synthetic racing oil. But Mobil 1 and Valvoline and Castrol synthetic oils are also very good oils.

Both amsoil and redline are available around my area, but you'll pay for them, $8+ a qt.
