I saw this in another thread over on tech....might be another choice for water pump clearance for those doing the LS6 swap.

Yeah, I think Speartech (John) posted about using an Escalade water pump from the L92. It will work for cable TB, but the ETC TB will still interferre.

SOmeone suggested a tb spacer might solve it for the DBW??

the best solution is to not use a LS6 manifold. it's a useless mod on these trucks IMO. and an expensive one at that.

TB spacer is not thick enough to clear it. Unless you have one made that is like 3" thick.

Well I'm using truck accessories on my L92 Mustang swap and wanted to know how to keep the accessories and still use the LS3 manifold...
