OK, here is a basic rundown of the install:
The Mega requires inputs from the TPS, IAT, CTS, TACH and 02.
I "teed" into the factory TPS then ran separate intake and coolant temp sensors (2 ecms will load the stock sensors too much, causing them to not read properly) The tach signal is a little tricky-usually requires a "pullup" circuit on a LS1 based motor but for some reason mine wouldnt work WITH it!? I "teed" into the stock tach wire and put a 330 ohm resistor in the wire going to the Mega and then it worked. The 02 is simple, but in my case I decided to run it off the LM1 wideband so I had to run a wire from the analog output on the LM1 to the Mega and that was it.
The only thing the Mega is controlling is the injectors and there are 4 wires that come from the Mega to the injectors. You just cut the ground side of the injector plugs and tie the injectors together in pairs then run 1 Mega wire to each of the 4 pairs of injectors
So far the programming has been easy. You just watch the A/F ratio and ajust the VE table up or down-thats about it.
I would recommend this system to anyone wanting to tune their vehicle on their own. It is much more user friendly than Edit..
