Default Ls1 edit question

Can you program multiple engines with ls1edit? I mean, could i tune my truck and then go and tune some one elses as well or are there restrictions with that? The reason i'm asking is because i was looking into ordering it and it said $150/additional PCM. Thanks for the help.

no the initial cost is i believe 550$ and that will only do one computer. then for the each aditional pcm you want to be able to do it is 150$ for each. you can have a max of 4 pcms per edit cable. hope this is clear and helps.

Also if you get edit DO NOT plug it into any one elses vehicle. because the cable remembers vin numbers and if your cable is only able to do one computer and you plug it into your friends car playing around well you are screwed because it remembered his vin. then you would not be able to use it on your vehicle.
