here's how mine are done, everything is wired up and working, with out a tune.

They're set to always be on low (both fans), and when the a/c clicks on, both fans come on "high"

And when it comes time to bust off the fan clutch nut, go here to read up

You could use this rubber foam insulation used for insulating a/c duct work cut it to size to close gaps. Sorry don't know where to get it, I got mine fron the ship I was stationed on.

I just bought some from that place ^. I have a Nelson wiring harness...will the 05 fans work with that harness? Allen programmed it already

I belive so, the only thing that matters is the connecter on the end are the same and again I belive so. Do you have the 34" Rad core?
