Yep sounds like the bolt is broken off in the crank.

Dont have to worry about the bolt anymore. This engine was quite dirty and appeared to come out of a work truck or something in a non performance application. After pulling the pan to be torn down, the #4 crank throw is broke. A cut right through it. Im wondering how that came about. Anyway, hope to have no other damage once the rest of the motor is taken apart.
