These are the only wires that I will use. I've had a set of MSD's burn out on me after a few weeks of use, not even touching the header.

I really like the JBA wires. I've used them on 2 seperate trucks and never had any issues with them.

IMO i dont think spark plug wires would make much difference in the performance on the new Gen III morots considering they are so short. i could understand it on the older tbi and carb motors that have much longer plug wires but i dont think you will see much difference between those and the stock one on the new motors...

Look and work good but the stockers are just fine too. I run a stock wire set.

Its not performance for me, its the fact that the stockers melted from the heat off the headers. Even if you turn them so they don't touch the headers, the wires are just too short. I bought a set of Accel 8.8mm new off ebay and I'm happy with them.

Yeah, I never said they were much of a performance gain, but I just had issues with the stockers and MSD's burning the #7. Once I switched to the JBA's, I never had any other issues.

Measure the resistance on plug wires? Stock 1,000 to 1,200 ohms. MSD 30 to 40 ohms. Less resistance more current flow. Yes it does help performance.

Sounds good, but until I see proof that the resistance makes any difference in performance I'm not gonna jump on that bandwagon. I found a good article suggesting otherwise, but of course it is from a wire manufacturer so take it with a grain of salt. http://www.magnecor.com/magnecor1/truth.htm
