Default Which intake manifold and throttle body

I'm looking to change my intake manifold, fuel rails, and throttle body this winter.
Take a look at my mods in my sig and let me know what you think would be a good match for me?
I've been looking at the Vic jr and the Pro-flo Xt. I'm not really into the Fast products and holley doesn't make their intake for my heads.
Also which throttle body should I go with? I'm pretty much clueless with this and I would like you opinions.
Thanks,
Mike

Ive have personally dyno tested the Pro Flow XT, vic Jr, and FAST LSXRT. I would take another look at the FAST. It made over the Trailblazer SS intake on a boosted TBSS. (See link)

The FAST is a much much better street/strip intake. If your a drag only guy, which your cam/TC suggests that your not, then I would look into the Edelbrock products.

Thanks for the link.
What did you see with test of the 3 manifolds?

Basically;

Edelbrocks lose 40-60ft*lbs between 2500-5000 to FAST
Edelbrocks and FAST are similar 5500-6500
Edelbrocks make 5-10 more hp than fast from 7000-7200

Well, I don't have to worry about 7000+ RPM's LOL
Did you test this on your s10? What size motor?
The Fast is SO expensive though. I would end up spending double the money.

They were all on the engine dyno.

Vic Jr was on a 5.7L LS1
Proflow and LSXRT was on a 6.0L LQ4

Why does the Fast Lsxrt cost more than the Lsxr? (I think that's what it's called)
Do you think the Fast still better when using FI?

The T is taller and has longer runners so I would assume the additional material used would cause the price to be more!

Are you still running the stock intake manifold? If so, I'd swap it out for a 87mm/90mm stock intake.

Unless you're trying to ring out every last bit of power, a fast intake isn't going to be worth the money. Id go to a bigger charger before going to a fast manifold.

Search around for a few boosted setups. People are still making big power with the ls6 manifold and cathedral port heads. And that design has been around for 10+ years.

I'm still running stock TB and intake manifold.
I am trying to get all I can out of my truck. But the Edelbrocks are $4xx.00 and the FAST is $1300.00. So if I could get a lot more out of it with the FAST than the Edelbrock, I would consider it.
Also the 102mm TB's are drive by cable.
Will the FAST really give that much more power?
