on a dyno, you probably picked that up at least, if your tune is on, but again, just very hard to feel that small gain in a 5500 lb beast.
before putting 34" tires on, I was averaging 24mpg highway, and 19-20 mpg city, fwiw

first off the weight of that truck is not helping your butt dyno, butt dynos can vary from operator to operator, depending on the operator a 300hp truck could be a 400hp truck or a 200 hp truck.. get it tuned, get some headers and exhaust and get some lower gears.
