its really hard to feel 20-25 hp in a big heavy truck.

on a dyno, you probably picked that up at least, if your tune is on, but again, just very hard to feel that small gain in a 5500 lb beast.

A real dyno, or a butt dyno showed no gain? What cam did you install?

Edit I see a cam in your sig is this it? Im asking cause the thread says you tuned the car, but you sig list a truck. Not being a smart ***, just asking. If you installed the cam in your sig, you should have seen a gain over stock

Yes I haqve installed the cam before 2 days tuned it but still having problems because no headers and yes thats my cam in the signature.

Will I feel more power out of the cam If I installed headers? And everytime I start my car the check engine comes out if the engine was little cold and its a misfire code

P0300 Random misfire code??? It is common to have that code after a cam swap. If you are tuning, bump up the "hit count" for the misfires, dial in your fueling and more than likely, you can increase timing a tad. You should see a nice difference.

Did you have a tune before the cam? You should have felt a HUGE difference in that sled from a tune ALONE.
That cam should have definitely felt faster on the Butt dyno. My 216/220 did.
