Default Inline pump question

Some of you guys might know my swap from tech or my occasional posts here. I got a 71 Cutlass with a Maggified and cammed LQ4/80 in it. I am using an aftermarket tank with a Delco EP381 in tank pump (45-55gph) and I am running out of fuel QUICK, 110% IDC shortly after WOT. I can only go 70% TPS and keep the AFR's within the 11-11.5 comfort zone, this is at 5psi, I am going to pulley swap to 10psi soon. So basically I need more fuel. I picked up an Aeromotive 450 lbs/hr inline this weekend and was planning on putting it inline with the baby pump intank. I was about to pull the trigger on the install and jumped on tech, most guys over there say to not run pumps in series.

What are your opinions on this? I see many guys on here running dual pumps in series.
