If this doesn't fix it I give up

Don't give up Michael, we'll figure it out. Definitely get a catch can that has a petcock on the bottom, you don't want to have to remove it to dump it every time it fills up, which is quite often. I get at least a tablespoon of oil out of mine every 500 miles.

I disabled the Knock Sensors on my truck and haven't had issues. If it knocks, just take your foot out of it. I've never blown a motor up to detonation in my life and drive **** hard.
As far as the catch can goes, have Saikou Michi make you one. I had him build me a custom one for my ride. It's nicer than the rev xtreme:

That catch can is too small. I want at least a 1 qt. one. The Rev one matches my budget and needs.
Also, it's certainly plausible that the oil is causing detonation. The only thing is I HEAR NO KNOCK! One second my screen shows 0 KR the next moment it's up to 7 KR and I hear no change in engine sound or anything???

Run the race gas man and see what happens...as far as real knock goes, I've seen pistons with huge holes in them from real detonation. My father recommends that his customers run knock sensors on their race engines, wired to a warning light in the cockpit so the driver can get out of the throttle before Chernoble(sp?) happens in his engine...

hey, so what all have you replaced? Make a list and post it... That might be a better way of helping you determine what is wrong... Maybe a list and what each part did ... For example what happened after you replaced the intake gaskets??
