^true the overdrive is stronger an the oil cooler stub outs on the right side are spaced out to front an rear for better cooling instead of together my 02 2500 gmc 6.0 held 450 to the wheels with cam an a single wet shot!

If you can get a low mileage unit with a shift kit and a big trans cooler then you should be good unless you beat on it all the time. Basically any built 80e from a reputable builder should get it done.

At that power level I would upgrade to the level 4. The billet fwd clutch hub alone cost as much as that price difference... I think its worth it.

No, that output is made to be the same size as a 60e output shaft which makes it the weak link. Change the tcase input instead.
