I bought 3 feet and cut the length I needed. My original plan was to go with as much aluminum tubing as possible but I couldn't find anyone to mandrel bend it and I couldn't run it straight to the airbox.

Yep.
What I'm looking to do is run the MAF right in front of the TB so I can put a nozzle on one of the rubber hoses for a dry kit setup.
I saw Oxidizr's dry setup when I went to get my Magnaflow cat-back, but it's been awhile. It looks similar to yours but his has the MAF on the TB.
I may end up putting the MAF in front of the TB if I ever get around to making a second intake system. I think a 4" to 3" rubber reducer would work well for that if it isn't too long.
