I dont think you mess with the ac. just like your tb bypass, only a hc (heater core) bypass

I would reccomend to anybody doing it to just use a ball valve and hose bars. All the parts should cost under $10 (2 hose barbs with male pipe thread ends, 1 ball valve with 2 female pipe threads ends, and 2 clamps). Plus you only have to do it once and then just open and close it as neccesary. Also there is the issue of dry and/or stagnant dex-clog in your heater core clogging it up.

Default The Grill?

I like your front grill but it looks like it cuts out 50% of available flow?

This souds like a great mod! I have a few questions though. I live in Phoenix, I have ls1 fans. I put them on before the truck saw its first summer. So I dont have a baseline for what the a/c would. As it stands now driving down the road I see 40*. While stopped at idle it creeps up to about 60*. Now is this what the fan clutch guys see, or are my fans not pulling enough air? What kind of temps are you efan guys seeing, at idle/driving? BTW I have ls1 fans w/ Delta Current Crontroller(both fans come on at 50% w/ac on)
