I'm new to this stuff but I feel those two really go hand and hand. If you increase the airflow going in you'll need to increase the airflow going out. Since you have the exhaust already, go with the intake. Or save up and get both at the same time.

As most will tell you the factory manifolds really are not bad enough to see major gains with purchasing Gibson(shorty) headers. Save another 100-200 bucks and get long tubes. Id probably buy yourself an intake, then go after some long tubes. But by far the best investment you can make is a custom tune by one of the sponsors to the right. I personally use Wheatley. He will also update your tune when you upgrade to more mods at no charge. All done via mail.
