ok i have a set of the pacesetter long tubes with the y pipe and i am not at all happy with them at all first off the front drive shaft hit the header so it has a power dent now. second the y pipe isnt right which i found to be the problem with the header drive shaft issue. and now the new problem the welds are cracking where the tubes go into the collector wtf have any of you guys had this problem with your headers

no problems with mine. Still using the paper gaskets that came with them as well. No leaks, no cracks.

Default same problem but no cracks

i had the same problem with the front driveshaft hitting the driver side header started it up right after finishing the install took it for a ride to hear how it sound and i went to make a left and a ridiculously loud noise was coming from under me pulled it back in the shop figured out what the problem was took a torch to it bent it in never heard the noise again. i baught header gaskets didnt use the ones i got from obx basically a generic brand of pacesetter if you ask me but ive never had a problem with anything else no leaks and there are two header bolts missing on the passenger side which kind of still surprises me

I have the pacesetter long tubes and y on my truck never had an issue i'm missing one bolt on the back drivers side because these trucks seem to be famous for bolt heads breaking off mines been that way ever since I bought the truck. I reused the stock metal gaskets though and never had a problem. I did have to bend the y-pipe a little bit to clear my front driveshaft but it wasn't a big deal.
