Man, 5 pages in one day on this post! Anyway, do not forget your antiseize on the header bolts. I did not use a TQ wrench, just a box end and however tight I could with my hand. As mentioned, start with the inner bolts first and just snug them, as you work out. When they are all snug, go back and tighten them down in the same manner (inner to outer). If they come loose, just retighten...its much better than snapping one off.

FWIW, I made my own "ramps" out of 2x12 pressure treated lumber. Sandwhich 3-4 layers and you have one hell of a sturdy platform. Make some chocks for added security and also apply the E-brake. Be safe.

Driver side on mine went in from the top easier and fits better than the passenger side. I did have to just bend that battery bracket forward just a little. Just antiseize the bolts and tighten them down.

What gaskets did you end up using?

Mine have touched before for long periods of time and have not had any problems. As long is it is the boot touching, and not the wire itself, I doubt you'll have problems either.

, if you get some OEM replacement wires from RicerZone they work much better as the dimensions are slightly different.
