drivers side was the easy side to me, the damn egr pipe on the passenger side gave me more trouble than the whole drivers side.

I ran into a snag. One of the pipes that feeds into the OBX Y pipe doesn't fit I tried hammering on it to no avail.

The pipe on the left is good. The one on the right came banged up and not perfectly circular and will not fit into the pipe coming off the resonator. darn it.

Ok Guys i got them all installed and i took it to a muffler shop and the made the obx y pipe fit onto my stock collector at the tailpipe right before the muffler... I have to say though i am not to happy with by exhaust tone now i was hoping for a little more aggressive sound than what it has now...i might switch to a different muffler

I'll sell you my loudmouth muffler if you want some tone. I have a new magnaflow to put on it.

Put a cutout, that will make it pretty aggressive

Anyways, today I accomplished a lot. I got my pipe expanded so that the pipes now properly fit together. And after a trip to NAPA, home depot, and 2 auto zone's I finally found 2 M18x1.5 oil drain plugs to block off the 2 wideband bungs

well to be perfectly fair, it's not exactly a common request. But actually the guy was very cool and found me the part. I think it's an oil drain plug for Toyotas

The headers didnt' come with the plugs? Typically they'll come with a plug if it's an extra bung that's not for the stock narrowband sensors. Glad you got it installed fine and it's running. A Borla XR-1 would add some tone to the exhaust no doubt

It's not in yet. I've started removing the stock exhaust. This is a bitch. I'm working with just a random *** set of hand tools. Now I have to hit up walmart because my adjustable box wrench wont fit around the around the 02 sensor nut. I also broke one of the 02 sensor wire connector clips dur. And I don't have the right size socket to get 1 of the collector nuts off (the others were a little looser to the point where a slightly bigger socket would take them off). Also, I'm thinking this will be a 2 day job for me. Everything hinges on whether or not I can get the Y pipe out without the crossmember going out. If the x member has to come down I'll have to take it to some friends that's beyond the scope of what I can do in my apt. parking lot.
