I can go and check what it would cost to overnight it real quick if thats what your meaning.

the pulley spins on the crank when you tighten it or the crank turns? I've always just used an impact and ran it up till it doesnt spin any more, but you have to have a good gun to do it with. But if your still going to crank it by hand, get an old belt and do this trick, but wrap the belt the other direction.

Its goin to cost $27.70 just to ship it and it should be there by noon tomorrow. So it will cost you around $70 for the tool shipped.

If your needing it by tomorrow I need to know pretty quick so I can get it shipped. Regularly when I ship it 2-3 days.
