...yup it slips in by hand DAMM so i cant reuse it? good thing i have the stocker... and i have put in altleast 7 of these pullies and never had issues and yes i use RED loctite.
do they sell this pulley seperate or what is another good brand to use?

if i was to buy one, i would get powerbond. they are cheaper and the quality looks to be better than ASP.

^^ I'll look for it, but for now im go with stocK 1 so u get a new bolt? the original doesnt look bad.

yes, always get a new crank bolt. they are only 3 or 4$ at the stealership.

Agreed. ALWAYS a new bolt. Unless you have the ARP bolt, which might be reusable (I don't know, I don't have it)

I reused my stock bolt with no problems, as well as plenty of others on here.

ive seen some ati pulleys start to come apart . they need to be locktite'd for sure. (the internal bolts holding the a/c pulley on

All of ARPs hardware is reusable. The stock bolt is TTY, just the same as the head bolts so it has to be replaced. For the ones who have reused the stock bolt, would you reuse your head bolts too?

Ive spun 7k RPMs and 600 hp on a non-Lock Tite'ed stock bolt. If its installed properly, its not needed, but most cant TQ the 260 ft. lbs and then the 280*s of rotation on the second pass (of the new bolt).

Get a new factory bolt for cheap insurance, sure a lot of guys have reused theirs with no problems, but a lot of guys have had sex without condoms and not become a daddy, while others end up on MTV's "16 and Pregnant"...wanna risk popping your balancer's cherry...again?
