The TCI converter should come with new bolts and you will have to drill one hole in the flywheel bigger.

Two of the bolts will go in fine then the third one will be a little off and you will have to enlarge it a little. The bolts that come with the converter are fine. I have a tci in my truck btw. It isnt a big deal just a pita. Make sure you label all the connections on the tcase cause there are three or four connectors that are the same and can easily get mixed up and are a pita to get straightened out.
