Good cam for 5.3 w/o stall

What year is your 5.3, and which heads are on it? Are you sure you're going to stay with the stock converter? The 212/218 low lift cam is a good one for torque, daily driving, and stock converter.

It's a 2002 and I have stock heads. I'm pretty set on sticking with the stock converter the trucks just my daily driver not something I plan on taking out to race a lot.

Take a look at the Vinci 080 "Ultra Torque" cam. 210/218, .551/.551, 116 LSA.
