I think the only ones are the Yukon Denali and the Cadillac Escalade. Anyone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Those are the only 1/2 ton models. If you go to a 2500+ series, you can get the 6L I think in other models. The SS and Sierra Denali are the only 1/2 ton trucks with the 6L.

Denali, SS, Escalade, H2, 1500HD

Each has different engine codes though.
