I'm in the middle of a 370 build and wanted to question what crank to run. I've ran a forged crank in all of my drag car motors, but am not really looking to break land speed records by any means with my 370. How many people do h beam rod, forged piston motors with stock cranks? Are there normally issues with a stock crank?

I'm looking to make somewhere between 430 and 450 to the ground. Callies Rods, Diamond Flat Tops, 235 TFS heads, Fab Intake, 102 tb. I want it to be a fun, dependable truck I can drive 200 miles if I wanted. It will only be driven on weekends, but I like to take a hot rodding trip every now and then.

Do you mean to say that the oil pressure drop is permanent after the crank flexes, or just while it is flexing?

A sign of crank flexing is a drop in oil pressure..typically 5-10 psi lower at operating temp, following this youll see material in the oil
I saw this on the ly6, and quite a few threads on yellowbullet and ls1tech....
Motor still ran just had less oil pressure
