Still smokes, still can't idle, still won't crank right over. AFR looks good but the truck just reeks and fuel trims are way high. This gauge has to be shot then.

I apologize, I realize this a long thread and some stuff has already been swapped. Is the truck running lean or rich in closed loop?

Have you tried popping the fuel rails and waiting? Maybe one injector is releasing fuel slowly after shut off and floods that cylinder momentarily on next startup? I think you already tried that?

To check fuel pump, you can unhook the return line and use a vacuum cap with a fuel line hose clamp to block off the line, then prime the the pump and it will max out fuel pump pressure. I did this to my truck once and it maxed out to like 70 psi or something like that (original pump with 260k miles), so I kept digging elsewhere.

All good strutaeng I apologize for making this a long drawn out **** thread. I plan on seriously doubling down on my **** this week.

1. Truck seems to be running rich in closed loop. My AFR gauge reads lean but O2s and STFTs are reading rich. Truck stinks of exhaust bad and smokes white. You can check logs and see more. I am not the best at explanation especially when looking at tunes. I have an idea though.
2. I have not. It is something I thought about doing but I never got around to it because I tested pressures for each injector with my Autel and they seemed to be okay. That may not have been a proper test though. Flooding the cylinder is something I was thinking about early on and still has been on my mind.
3. I am at 99.9% positivity that it is not the pump. Pump tests good on every single other test. Swapped in a new OEM one and that tests fine. It stays at what seems to be good fuel pressure according to everything I see and read online and in the shop manuals.

Tune and log don't seem crazy to my untrained moron eyes. Maybe kinda weird that the commanded afr is like 9.0 for the first 10 seconds, but it was a cold start.

No intake leaks. Smoked it last night through the Evap purge valve port and nothing.

It may be back feeding off the USB's 5 volts, I would try re-wiring. First I'd connect the wideband in it's simplest wiring diagram to see if it's an issue with the gauge itself. Then re-wire so you can log data. I have the MPVI Pro so I'm no help there.

Yeah that is what I am thinking, I had figured I need to try a different fuse tap location. I don't know where I am at right now. Wonder if my tap is bad and whatever fuse I am on is bad too...

If you're getting constant digital (red) number readout, I'd say the 12V and the ground connection is solid. Check the other connections too like the white 5V
