Engine woes or fueling issues?

I also have a fuel pressure regulator and new vacuum hose for it sitting on my desk right now.
It still smokes like a chimney though, no idea what the deal is with that. It is so rich that it burns my eyes lol don't get why the AFR gauge reads it as lean though.
Also my AFR gauge STILL does not reliably work. I am going to change the fuse tap location and see if that does anything. It seems to work when I have something plugged into the OBD2 port sometimes and other times it is broke.

No chance unfortunately. It is something I have thought about though. Dan wants me to try running it without the O2s though
I have been thinking about a bad PCM, don't know exactly how it could of happened but it would explain the disparity between AFR gauge and O2 sensors.

It's rare, but some times things like the injector drivers go bad or a circuit within the board shorts out. There really isn't anything you the user has done. It could have been a flaw in the manufacturing process, the seal could have gone bad on the case, or an internal component could have just failed...

So my LTFTs have already been set to disabled, guess that was set up originally. I now have my STFTs set to disabled. So is that it then?
I'm kinda confused on what this might test though since the truck runs in open loop upon start up no? Unless the O2s are demanding fuel and shutting them off might stop the truck from demanding fuel?
Gonna go test it out brb
