Engine sounds like crap, and no TC lockup! HELP!

I checked all that. I went in and reset my valvetrain preload and it runs better now. 
Should I be using loctite on these rocker arm threads? I thought I did the first time....
My gap is spreading open. For instance.... with about 4K on the plugs, it had moved from .055 to .059 or .06?
Is that normal or are the plugs to high of a heat range or something?
