Ask F8L Z71. He should know he runs a STS and lives in Sacramento.

It takes time. They've paid their $100,000 fee and had their testing done a couple of months ago. There were only a couple of nit-picky component location issues that California wanted changed, and they were. Since the turbo comes AFTER the catalytic converters, it's almost a formality for the STS to pass CA emissions. At this point it's simply a matter of paperwork and bureacracy holding it up, but it's going to happen.

I honestly have no clue... I never hold me breath on stuff like this but I might sneak in a prayer or 2 despite the fact I am not religious
